Donations

Donations made to RVSVR Foundation Trust are voluntary and non-refunded. We encourage donors to ensure the accuracy of all details before contributing.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate transactions due to technical errors.
  • Incorrect donation amounts due to clerical errors.

All refund requests must be made within 7 business days from the date of the transaction. Requests submitted after this period may not be considered.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at info@rvsvrhealthcare.com with the following details:

  • Transaction ID
  • Date of donation
  • Reason for refund

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

As donations are voluntary contributions, cancellations are not applicable after payment processing. However, in cases of technical errors or duplicate payments, please contact us for resolution.
